Please be reminded that, as in most countries worldwide, the use of radio frequencies, even on a temporary basis, are subject to authorisation and the issue of a licence.
Please find attached the National Frequency Agency summary outlining the restrictions for :
> HF wave bands : Up to 30 MHz, limited use
> VHF wave bands from 30 to 300 MHz : numerous unauthorised frequencies
> UHF wave bands UHF from 300 MHz to 3 GHz : numerous unauthorised frequencies
> SHF - EHF wave bands above 3 GHz : limited use
The attached form must be completed and returned before October 31st 2009 to :
