The Organizing Committee aims to make the World Championships a popular and festive sporting event. This would not be possible without the participation of the Fan-Clubs. That is why the Val d'Isère 2009 Organizing Committee is putting in place a special 'Fan-Club' programme specially adapted to the needs of the supporters' clubs: reception, displays, technical assistance for producing 'supporters' kits' etc. |

For marketing reasons the Organising Committee kindly requests Fan-Clubs not to make banners showing the athletes' sponsors as they will be placed in the finish area in full view of the public, TV viewers and competitors.
