2009 presentation to the "Stars of Sport"

Under the prestigious patronage of the Minister for Sports, the Stars of Sport programme has been bringing together the French sporting elite every year since 2002 with a solid project whereby the best young French sportspeople are sponsored by the greatest French champions. The summer academy for these stars is currently under way in La Palmyre on the Atlantic coast. In front of these top-level sportspeople from all disciplines, the 2009 Organising Committee presented next February's World Championships. The French ski team was among those present. Val d'Isère's own champion, Ingrid Jacquemod, took the opportunity to explain what these ski Championships represent for France and French skiing.
